What if we wouldn’t get paid for what we achieve, but for how we behave towards the rest of the world?

Would you act the same?

Would you change your behaviour?

How would the way we are together be different?

Egoistic behaviour is encouraged in our culture for as long as achievement is linked to (financial) reward. True?

How much do values, respect and caring for each other matter in this system?

Humans will keep hurting each other for money + power, somehow not fully realising, that we all belong to the same earth. True?

But maybe that’s just me, having some thoughts this morning, wondering about the system of our society and who is benefiting and who not for what kind of work.
