And as she invited the process into her reality, her body released all the unneeded, the not serving, the overly holding onto. She saw all of that flow away from herself and raised a hand to wave it goodbye.
Thus she was left with a permeability, an ease, she could not have imagined. Spaces opened up within her and new possibilities arose. Her consciousness shifted to the present moment. Her heart was pumping love through her veins.
